Jed came to Waldingfield in the spring of 2010 and quickly proved to be the missing link in our business/farm operations. Originally from the midwest, Jed earned his JD from Seattle University School of Law before relocating to the sandy beaches and perpetual sunshine of O'ahu, Hawaii. After four years in Honolulu and one year serving as a chambers attorney in the Westchester County courts system (New york), Jed transitioned to the farm and has now become our full time operations manager. His responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and implementing our greenhouse seeding program, operating and maintaining farm machinery, and serving as our employee liaison.
